CIWEM secures successful ISO14001 recertification for its environmental management system

The Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management has successfully achieved recertification of its environmental management system (EMS) to the internationally recognised ISO14001 standard. CIWEM is one of a small number of professional bodies to operate an independently accredited EMS and the only chartered environmental body to do so. The system of continual improvement helps the Institution to reduce its environmental impacts on an ongoing basis and cut costs.
